Evolution mechanics

Metamon represents the pinnacle of NFT interoperability, offering a vibrant ecosystem where NFT collections can flourish and demonstrate their limitless potential to the web3 community. An important aspect of this is Metamon Evolution. Explore all the different ways which Metamon can evolve below!

2 Stage Evolution

  • Base Form [1] → Final Form [2]

    This evolution would require the collector to burn two “Base Form” Metamon of the same metadex number to evolve to its “Final Form.”

3 Stage Evolution

  • Base Form [1]→ Intermediary Form [2]

    This evolution would require the collector to burn three “Base Form” Metamon of the same metadex number to evolve to its “Intermediary Form.”

  • Base Form [1]→ Intermediary Form [2]

    This evolution would require the collector to burn three “Base Form” Metamon of the same metadex number to evolve to its “Intermediary Form.”

Special Interactions

  • There are several hidden 'Special Interaction' mechanics throughout the mint experience such as trading with NPCs and participating in certain mint weeks! Watch your DAPP notifications and be sure to participate in the Metamon mints to discover these hidden mints and interactions.

Some Metamon can only evolve through the use of . The Metamon that interact with these items will be visible in the Metadex. Evolutionary spirits burn upon use and have a very limited supply.

This item can be used to bypass the required burn mechanism to evolve Metamon up 1 stage. Wallet limits apply and only 1 Tear can be obtained per week. See for more details.
